    1. Under investigation - Issue opening certain gates

      We have identified instability at our main 4G network provider impacting all Orange 4G subscribers. The situation has been stabilized on their side and is recovering gradually. Izix hardware will recover automatically as soon as network is available again in their region.

    2. Access Orchestrator has recovered.

    3. Gate Opening API has recovered.

    4. Partial outage - Access Control

      We are currently investigating a Priority 1 situation partially impacting our ability to open barriers installed with Izix hardware. If your site is impacted, we advise if possible to open barriers while we resolve the issue. More information will follow.
